Senior UI/UX Designer



Overview
As a UI/UX Designer, you should have a passion for and a detailed understanding of how interactive experiences should look, feel and function on the web and interactive devices such as mobile phones and connected TVs. Desired Candidate Profile
• 3+ years of experience in web and UI design, with specific expertise with web-based applications.
• Familiarity with web 2.0 best practices and social media trends with supporting portfolio.
• Exceptional conceptual thinker, able to create innovative designs that meet specific target audience, technology and product requirements.
• A solid understanding of typography, color, composition, hierarchy and how these elements work together to design solutions.
• Thorough knowledge of Adobe Photoshop, Illustrator, Flash & Dreamweaver.
• Strong understanding of HTML and CSS.
• Basic understanding of JavaScript and PHP is a plus.
• Understanding of search engine optimization.
• Superior interpersonal skills and the ability to collaborate actively and proactively with others in a cross-functional team.
• Ability to communicate effectively in writing, verbally and as a presenter.
• Self-motivated and self-managed with a high degree of analytical ability and intellectual curiosity.

Job Description

• Designing functional and elegant websites and user interface.

Advertising Operations Manager



The Advertising Operations Manager will be responsible for managing relationships with our advertising partners to generate advertising revenue across our online network.

Overview: As an Advertising Operations Manager, you will responsible for planning, developing, directing and implementing the online advertising and marketing campaigns and programs that create and sustain user acquisition, brand awareness, recognition and web traffic from its target markets and reporting to optimize revenue. The position not only manages organic resources and people as the team grows, but also harnesses the expertise of 3rd party advertising agencies, websites and potential partners to get the best deals of online advertising.

If you want to be seen as the ideal candidate for this role, demonstrate not only that you handle campaign management with ease, but also that you can go far beyond mere execution to make real contributions on the analytical and strategic side: from suggesting optimization techniques for each campaign to completing detailed analysis reports on the results, show us that you can actually have a direct impact on the site’s numbers.

Desired Candidate Profile
• 2+ years of experience in advertising operations and campaign management; working with both publishers and advertisers
• 2+ years of experience working with ad exchanges, ad networks, demand side platforms, and/or sell side platforms
• A strong understanding of performance advertising (CPA, CPC, and CPM) and campaign management tools is required
• Experience using ad-serving platforms such as DoubleClick, OpenX, LiveRail, Adap.tv (and have no problem learning the ropes of new platforms quickly, effortlessly, and independently)
• Must have highly creative advertising ideas appropriate for the company
• Effective written and verbal communication skills & excellent interpersonal and social skills
• This position requires continuous follow up of online marketing campaigns during and occasionally outside of working hours
• This position requires hands-on experience and is not limited to understanding of online marketing trends
• Strong work ethics
• Understanding or interest of the online video market

Responsibilites
• Plan and run online marketing campaigns
• Manage relationships with advertising networks, technology and sales partners
• Optimize revenue from multiple ad networks, ad exchanges, and SSP’s
• Review, analyze, process and make recommendations on insertion orders
• Create clear and concise reporting and performance dashboards to key constituents of the advertising programs
• Review and approve advertising campaigns
• Work on search engine optimization of the company’s web assets.
• Prepare and present to management the monthly /annual advertising budget and the corresponding advertising plans
• Perform analysis and opportunity sizing for international and domestic expansion
• Assist in development of new advertising opportunities
